托本師傅1964年出生，自1982年開始習中國外家拳，並於1990起年隨丹、多徹蒂師傅(Sifu Dan Docherty)習武當太極拳。 從2007年3月起隨香港歐佩華師傅習太極功夫扇、42式太極劍，陳式36劍，六字訣氣功，五禽戲等少林氣功。
托本師傅履歷：

托本師傅分別於歐洲及香港等地教授太極拳及氣功，並設武當太極拳、太極氣功、太極推手、刀槍兵器等DVD教材。
Sifu Torben Rif born in 1964, has studied martial arts since 1982 and has studied Wudang Tai Chi Chuan with Sifu Dan Docherty since 1990.
From March 2007 he has studied with Sifu Au Pui Wah, where he learnt Taiji Kung Fu Fan, Modern 42 sword, Chen 36 sword, Six Sounds Qigong, Five Animals Qigong, Shaolin Qigong etc.
Some of his international Tai Chi Chuan results are: British Open Championship, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996. He became Dutch Open Champion in 1995 and 1996. Three time European Champion in 2000 and 2008. Judge at the British Open in 1997, 1998 and 2000.
He is the founder and chief instructor of Practical Tai Chi Chuan Denmark , PTCC DK.
He is the owner of Torben Rifs Tai Chi School.
He is a fulltime Tai Chi Chuan / Qigong Instructor and teaching in Europe and Hong Kong .
He has made several teaching DVDs about Wudang Tai Chi Chuan, from Tai Chi Qigong, Handforms to sabre and sword.
He was the organizer of the Danish Tai Chi Open in 1999, 2000, 2001, European Taijiquan Championship in 2002 and Scandinavian Tai Chi Open in 2003.
